Insimbi Engineering and Training has the pleasure in detailing the approach of Lifting Machinery and other courses and we enclose the Course Outline that we offer.

We strive to be the forerunner in the development and empowerment of staff from general workers to management, by offering innovative, customized and unique solutions to business and by delivering integrated staff  in all materials handling , health and safety sectors  .

We are able to provide the correct staff and train them up to qualification required to compete at global standards.

Insimbi is committed to an ongoing program of training for all Operators and Staff concerned.  In keeping with the policies of Insimbi, all training will be carried out to the highest standard whilst keeping with the relevant provisions stipulated in the O.H.S Act  and the Mineral act within the WORKING ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH THE TRAINEE MUST OPERATE.

Once the operator has been deemed competent, generic tasks specific to the operator’s section and department, should and could be included.

Insimbi training develops the courses generic to that operation. 

This will ensure that all Trainees who have completed our series of courses will provide you, the client, with a trained operator who is capable of performing the function of their job specification efficiently as well as giving them a clear understanding of the equipment they are using.  They will be encouraged to keep the equipment in first class working order at all times, thus ensuring the safety of themselves as well as their colleagues.  The result is a more job conscious approach that will ensure that the equipment is operated in a manner that will provide the longest active life possible when combined with a planned maintenance programme.

Objectives

To train an Operator in all aspects of safety as related to Driven Lifting Machinery and ensure by practical operation tests that the Trainee is capable of correctly operating any Lifting Machinery within the category for which they are being trained for each Generic task.

This ensures that the machine is at all times operational, which in turn reduces maintenance costs and damage therefore increasing company productivity and profits.
